We emphasize extensive initial and ongoing staff training at every level, from the behavior technician all the way to BCBAs.
We check in on the client’s progress and meet every month to check in on goals to make sure that the child is progressing.
Our goal is to get the child out of ABA, and not to keep them here forever (independence > dependence). This is why we emphasize early and intensive aba as opposed to a few hours/week that will take too long for the child to master skills.
