Step 1

Contact Regional Center and request an assessment for early intervention services

Step 2

Book a free 30 minute consultation with our clinical director to discuss services and confirm availability

Step 3

Inform your assigned Regional Center service coordinator that you are choosing us a provider

Step 1

Your child will receive a diagnosis from a doctor with a recommendation for ABA therapy. Fill out the Contact Us form and we will be in touch with you within 2 business days.

Step 2

We will conduct an assessment and submit an initial treatment plan to your funding source. Typically, insurance can take up to 5 days to review and approve services.

Step 3

Once services are approved, we will put together a therapy team and create a permanent schedule for your child

Spectrum Behavioral Therapies obtains permission from our consumers through the following methods: Our organization sends non-recurring messages to clients and employees. We may send approximately 1 message per day. Clients give consent by signing the Client Service Agreement form at the start of services. Applicants apply to work for our company via Google ads, Facebook ads, etc. We then reach the applicants by email and phone. And sometimes we text them about their application after speaking with them. The amount and frequency of our messages vary.
