  • Extensive initial in-class and on-site training for all staff
  • Frequent session overlaps by Supervisors to provide support to our BTs and clients
  • Regular check-in meetings for BTs and Supervisors to provide additional support and training
  • Staff meetings to further train BTs on topics related to ABA (i.e., Toilet training, feeding, teaching through play, etc.)
  • Monthly supervisor training on Supervision topics (i.e., Teaching executive functioning skills, successfully navigating IEP meetings, staff management, programming, etc.)
  • Immediate and direct feedback to promote staff development
  • Individualized programming for all ages and functioning levels
  • Effective collaboration with other service providers
  • Individualized parent and family training
  • Effective communication between clients, clinical team, and administrative staff
  • Staff meetings to further train BTs on topics related to ABA (i.e., Toilet training, Feeding, teaching through play, etc.)
