Christine Oh-Sung, MA, BCBA

CEO

Christine Sung is the founder and CEO of Spectrum Behavioral Therapies. Growing up, she had seen the positive effects ABA therapy has on the child and family, which piqued her initial interest in this field. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2008, her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2011, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013. She has worked in the field of ABA since 2006.

Samantha DeRose, MS, BCBA

Chief Clinical Director

Samantha DeRose is the Chief Clinical Director at Spectrum Behavioral Therapies. Her passion for autism began while at the University of California, Irvine where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Social Behavior. During her undergraduate career, she worked in a lab conducting research on the early detection of autism in infants. Samantha went on to obtain her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fullerton.

While obtaining her graduate degree, she completed research related to the measurement of sensory-related behaviors in individuals with autism. Samantha has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2011 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017. Throughout her experience in the field, she has developed a passion for creating and monitoring effective social skills programs and training current and future behavior analysts.

Kelsey Ortiz, M.A., BCBA

CEO

Kelsey Ortiz is the Chief Clinical Director at Spectrum Behavioral Therapies and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
Since beginning her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018, Kelsey has provided individualized, evidence-based services to children and adolescents across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She is passionate about helping individuals with autism build meaningful skills that improve their independence and quality of life.
 
As Chief Clinical Director, Kelsey is dedicated to maintaining high clinical standards, mentoring future behavior analysts, and partnering with families and clinical teams to create lasting, meaningful outcomes for every client.

Candace Colomac

BCBA | Chief Clinical Director

Samantha DeRose is the Chief Clinical Director at Spectrum Behavioral Therapies.
