Our Mission

We are not just another ABA company. We do this by growing a team of like-minded individuals who prioritize their clients’ progress over all else.

At Spectrum Behavioral Therapies, we are passionate about what we do. In an effort to improve the quality of life for children affected by autism, we strive to provide quality, research-based and effective interventions to match the needs of each unique child.

Christine Oh-Sung, MA, BCBA

CEO

Christine Sung is the founder and CEO of Spectrum Behavioral Therapies. Growing up, she had seen the positive effects ABA therapy has on the child and family, which piqued her initial interest in this field. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2008, her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2011, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013. She has worked in the field of ABA since 2006.

Samantha DeRose, MS, BCBA

Chief Clinical Director

Samantha DeRose is the Chief Clinical Director at Spectrum Behavioral Therapies. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, where she conducted research on the early detection of autism in infants. She later received her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fullerton, researching sensory-related behaviors in individuals with autism. Samantha has worked in Applied Behavior Analysis since 2011, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017, and is passionate about developing social skills programs and training behavior analysts.

Kelsey Ortiz, M.A., BCBA

CHIEF CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Kelsey Ortiz is the Chief Clinical Director at Spectrum Behavioral Therapies and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Since entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018, Kelsey has been dedicated to providing evidence-based, individualized care for children and adolescents with autism. She is passionate about maintaining high clinical standards, mentoring behavior analysts, and helping individuals with autism achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Candace Colomac, BCBA

Operations manager

Candace is the Operations Manager at Spectrum Behavioral Therapies. She brings experience from a variety of professional settings and has a natural passion for leadership and a genuine love for working with children. Throughout her career, Candace has continued to grow and challenge herself while developing her skills in management, organization, and operations. She is passionate about supporting her team and helping create a positive environment for the families Spectrum serves.

Anna Estes

Senior Scheduling Coordinator

Anna Estes is the Senior Scheduling Coordinator at Spectrum Behavioral Therapies. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and has been part of the Spectrum team since 2019. In her role, Anna helps coordinate schedules for clients and clinical staff and provides training to the administrative team. Anna deeply cares for Spectrum’s clients, families, and staff. She is passionate about her role in bringing the clinical and administrative sides of the company together to ensure that children and families receive the most effective services possible.
